浅谈测温过程检测仪表的信号干扰及抑制措施 被引量:1

摘要 生产实践中,过程参数的准确测定和适时调整对系统正常运行关系重大;但过程检测仪表常常易受到外部电磁场的干扰,从而影响测试结果。文章以现代化水泥生产线测温过程检测仪表各种干扰信号的消除为例,详细介绍了这些干扰信号的消除方法和具体措施。其中,对于横向干扰,可采用屏蔽接地和加滤波器消除干扰;而对于纵向干扰,可选择平衡法和隔离法消除干扰。 In practice production, it is very important for the system normal running that the process parameters detected correctly and adjusted in time. The results of the detection instruments usually affected easily by the outer electromagnetic field. The paper took the modern cement production hne for example, introduced in detail the method and the detail operation to eliminate these interference signals. Anyway, we can eliminate the transverse interference with shielding and grounding and adding filter and eliminate the lengthways interference by balance method and insulation way.
