摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定奥沙利铂的含量,条件为:色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:以甲醇-水(10∶90)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min。回归方程为:A=3474C+100390,r=0.9998,本法线形范围为:78.02~1950.4μg/mL。该测定方法测定专属性强,操作简便,实用性高,可作为测定奥沙利铂原料药含量的方法。
The content of oxaliplatinwas determined by RP-HPLC.kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(10 : 90)with the flow rate 1.0 mL/min. The method was linear within the range of 78.02~1950.4μg/mL, r=0.9998. equation of regression: A=3474C+100390. The method appeared to be simple and rapidly highly accurate and precise. It can be used for quantitatitative determination of oxaliplatin and its preparation.
