阐述了连续退火炉辊表面热喷涂涂层的研究发展现状及热喷涂保护涂层的主要失效方式,着重分析了炉辊用热喷涂涂层材料的发展、使用、分类及其各自特点,列举了世界三大知名热喷涂制造厂商炉辊涂层的生产与应用情况。
This paper covers the development of the thermal spray coating of hearth rolls in continuous annealing furnace, and discusses the damage problems of the coating. It specially describes the key technologies of thermal spray coating-powder material, and its composition, development and characteristics respectively. Finally, the composition and properties of coatings of PRAXAIR, TOCALO and NIPPON STEEl. HARDFACING are simply listed.
