摘要
采用有限元数值模拟的方法模拟了大型铝型材的挤压过程,从模拟结果可以看出:铝型材在模具出口处沿截面方向流动速度不均匀,中间快,周边慢;并模拟了在恒定牵引力下大型铝型材的挤压过程,在恒定牵引力作用下,大型铝型材沿截面的流动速度得到改善,流动速度比较均匀,从而提出了牵引的必要性,并分析了双牵引的技术特点,提出了实现双牵引的工艺路线,研究结果在55 MN油压双动铝挤压生产线上得到了试验验证。
The extrusion process of large-size profile was simulated by means of FEM. Judging from the simulation result, it can be concluded that exit speed of large size profile is different along the section, which is fast in the middle and slowly in the peripheral. The extrusion process of large - size profile at constant pulling force was also simulated by means of FEM. The exit speed difference was reduced in the process at constant pulling force; the speed was closely. Thus, the necessity of extruding large - size aluminium at constant pulling force was put forward. The technical characteristic of the puller was analyzed and the technical route of the puller was introduced. The research result was proven by a test on 55 MN aluminium extrusion press with oil - driven double action.
