Study on Leakage and Condensation-proof Construction Technology of a Villa's Basement

结合南京翠屏山某别墅的实际工程,针对该工程地下室渗漏结露现象的原因进行了具体的分析,并在此基础上,提出了采用高压注浆堵漏和涂刷渗透结晶复合防水剂进行综合性维修方案。阐述了施工方案的原理、材料特性及施工工艺,并对南京地区地下室设计与使用提出了一些合理的建议。

The causes which lead to leakage and condensation phenomenon of the basement are specifically analyzed in the paper, which is closely combined with the practical villa project at Nanjing Cuiping hill. Based on the abovementioned analysis, the statement of integrated repairing method, which employs high pressure grouting and permeation crystalline water repellent composite compound, is put forward in the paper. The principle of the repairing method, the property of the materials used and the technology of construction are mainly expounded, and some reasonable suggestion concerning basement design and use in Nanjing region is also brought forward in this paper.
