应用变频调速装置的节能分析

选矿厂的尾矿砂泵,烧结厂和球团厂的一些风机、水泵类负载设备,常常需要进行流量控制。过去多是采用调节档板或节流阀的方法控制流量,这种方法虽然简单,但损失了大量的电能。如用变频调速装置拖动此类负载,就能达到节能的目的。

Flow quantity control is usually needed in the cases such as tailing pump of beneficiation plant, some fans ＆ water pumps of sinter or pellet plant. In the past time, the method of adjusting gate plate or throttle was usually used to control flow quantity. The method is simple but causes much loss of power. When equipment mentioned above is driven by frequency control device, a lot of power can be saved.
