针刺配合脑超声治疗仪对脑出血恢复期的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Transcranial Ultrasound Therapeutic Instrument for Treating Cerebral Hemorrhage of Convalescent Stage

目的探讨针刺配合脑超声治疗仪治疗脑出血恢复期的疗效。方法选择经CT或MRI证实的脑出血患者60例,随机分为治疗1组和治疗2组进行针刺治疗,治疗1组在治疗2组的基础上接受脑超声治疗,集声、电同步治疗技术,每次治疗30min,每日1次,10次为1疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果治疗1组总有效率为90.0%,治疗2组为76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合脑超声治疗仪治疗脑出血恢复期有明显疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus transcranial ultrasound therapeutic instrument for treating cerebral hemorrhage of convalerscent stage. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by CT or MRI were selected and randomly allocated to treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ for acupuncture treatment. Treatment group Ⅰ received transcranial ultrasound treatment,a synchronous phono-electrcity treatment technique,in addition to the treatment for treatment group Ⅱ. Treatment was given 30 min once daily, 10 times as a course,2 courses in total. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in treatment group Ⅰ and 76.7% in treatment group Ⅱ ; there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion A combination of acupuncture and transcranial ultrasound therapeutic instrument has a marked effect on cerebral hemorrhage of convalescent stage.
