摘要
目的观察针灸综合疗法与电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效的差异。方法将患者随机分为观察组、对照组进行对比观察,观察组取华佗夹脊穴及腕踝针治疗,对照组采用常规取穴电针治疗。结果观察组显效率(77.42%)、总有效率(91.94%)与对照组显效率(50.00%)、总有效率(90.74%)比较,显效率P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,总有效率P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论针灸综合治疗腰突症疗效优于电针治疗。
Objective To compare the curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion combined treatment with that of electroacupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods The patients were randomly allocated to observation and control groups for comparative observation. Results The marked efficacy rate was 77.42% in the observation group and 50, 00% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference（P 〈0.01 ）, The total efficacy rate was 91.94% in the observation group and 90.74% in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）, Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion combined treatment is better than electroacupuncture treatment.
