金融业因其具有特殊性质,是我国受监管最严厉的行业,这说明强化金融监管已成为我国建立完善的市场经济体系的当务之急。金融监管同时也是世界各国面临的共同课题之一。西方国家在长期的监管实践中,积累了不少有益的经验和技术。通过比较世界各国金融监管的发展趋势,就完善我国金融监管体系的一系列问题进行了思考,并提出了自己的看法,希望有助于我们探索适合我国国情的金融监管之路。

Because of the special characteristic, financial industry is supervised most sevedy. This indicates strengthening financial supervison has become the urgent affair of building perfect market economic system in China. At the same time, financial supervision is the common issue faced by worldwide nations. During long-term supervision practice, westerm countries cumulated lots of benefical experience and technology. Through comparing the developing trend of worldwide nations＇ financial supervision, this paper thought about the questions of improving China financial supervision system, and provided some opinions. The author hopes it is help for searching for financial supervison methed met the situation of China.
