摘要
本试验介绍了一种液体荧光消除剂的应用特性,研究了反应温度、混合时间和消除剂用量对荧光消除效果的影响。试验得出该荧光消除剂的最佳应用条件为反应温度80℃,混合时间10min,荧光消除剂用量3.0%。此条件下,该荧光消除剂可将纸页的荧光白度F降低到2.0%以下,R457白度的损失为6.3%。
This paper focus on the application of a liquid fluorescence quenching agent on paper pulp. Several influence factors such as reaction temperature, mixing time and dosage of fluorescence quenching agent were stuied. The best applicable conditions were: reaction at 80℃, mixing for 10 min, dosage of the fluorescence quenching agent 3.0%. At these conditions, the fluorescence value of paper was lower than 2.0% , the decrease of R457 brightness was 6.3 %.
