The general technology requirement about new provincial geodetic surveying datum of Shandong is described key technology of plane surveying and elevation surveying of A,B, C grade GPS controlling network,secondary leveling again,third leveling again and supplementary leveling, geoid precision processing are discussed. The expected precision target of this project is introduced.
