摘要 介绍了Modbus/TCP开放式网络通信协议,并采用此协议实现了油气监控系统中远程监控中心与RTU终端之间的通信,实现了组态系统与现场设备之间的开放式数据交换,开发了输油管道泄漏远程诊断系统并进行了相关试验。测试结果表明,这种采用Modbus/TCP网络协议进行数据交换的方式,可以真正实现监控中心和远程数据采集模块之间的无缝连接,实时高速采集管网运行参数并加以显示和诊断分析,从而提高油气输送管道泄漏监测水平。基于Modbus/TCP网络协议开发的输油管道泄漏远程诊断系统在原油管道上的应用表明,该系统具有运行可靠、扩展性好、节约监控成本等特点。 This paper introduces the open network protocol, Monbus/TCP, and the development of a pipeline remote monitoring system based on it. The system realized the communication between the monitoring center and RTUs, and the open data exchange between the configuration system and field equipment, as well as the remote leakage diagnostic system. The practical testing results show this method can actually realize the seamless link between the monitoring center and data acquisition modules, acquiring pipeline network operation parameters with real-time high speed, displaying them and making diagnosis and analysis, therefore raise the monitoring level for oil and gas pipelines. The system has the characteristics such as high reliability, expansibility and cost saving.
