摘要
对国内外输气管道试压技术现状和发展趋势进行了论述,总结了国内外几种常用规范中对试压介质和试压强度的规定,统计分析了高强度试压对管道安全运行的保障作用,提出采用压力—容积曲线法控制试验压力的方法,该方法既可以达到较高的试压强度,又不会造成管道永久变形,技术合理。指出了目前我国管道试压水平与国外的差距及今后的发展方向。
This paper addresses the current pressure testing technology and developing trends of gas transmission pipelines. It gives a summary of hydrostatic testing provisions of several standards in common use and makes a statistical analysis on ensuring safe operation of gas pipeline with high pressure, offers pressure-volume curve method to control test pressure, which not only is able to reach higher test pressure, but also avoid the permanent pipeline deformation.
