摘要
对渤海湾曹妃甸11-1/2油田FPSO海洋石油112号生产水处理系统和注水系统的工艺流程进行了介绍,详细分析了投产以来系统运行中存在的问题,并结合油田实际情况提出了改进措施和建议。改造后系统经实际操作运行效果良好,为今后类似FPSO的设计建造积累了经验,具有一定的参考价值。
This paper briefly introduces the process flows of produced water treatment system and water injection system on FPSO HYSY112 of CFD 11-1/2 Oilfield in Bohai Bay. Further investigation and detailed analysis have been carried out about the problems existed in these two systems since they were put into operation. Improving measures and modification suggestions are given according to the practical oilfield conditions. The practical operation shows the two modified systems run well.
