摘要 集输系统加热炉是油田耗能的主要设备,其热效率的高低直接影响着油田的经济效益。油田加热炉热效率普遍偏低,排烟热损失是影响加热炉热效率的主要因素。文章简要介绍了目前国内加热炉技术改造的现状及不足,引入了冷凝式加热炉的全新概念。论述了冷凝式加热炉的原理、技术可行性以及经济性和环保性,探讨了影响冷凝技术提高加热炉热效率的主要因素。分析表明,冷凝技术将使加热炉热效率在原有的基础上提高10%以上,同时可相应减少CO2、NOX、SOX等有害气体的排放量,因此加强对冷凝式加热炉的研究并将其应用到生产中非常必要。 The heat efficiency of heaters used in oilfields is usually on the low side. Heat loss of exhaust gas is a major factor affecting heat efficiency of heaters. This paper outlines the current domestic status of heater technology and its shortcomings, discusses the principle, technical feasibility, economy and environmental protection, probes into the major factors affecting heat efficiency of condensation heaters. The analysis shows that the condensation technique enables the heat efficiency of heater to raise over 10% more than the o-riginal level, at the same time reduce the amounts of discharged harmful gases such as CO2, NOx, SOx . Therefore it is necessary to enhance the research work of condensation heaters and apply its results to production.
