对于大型滑坡，弄清其复活变形机制，消除或削弱不利于稳定的主要因素，充分利用其自身的抗滑能力进行分期整治，具有重要意义。分析了某滑坡应急防治的背景和工程概况及效果，实践证明。

It is important to understand the deformation mechanism, to reduce or eliminate main unfavourate factors of deformation, and to make full use of the self anti sliding ability of large scale landslide in controling landslide by stages. The background and general situation of the urgent prevention countermeasure of an old landslide are analyzed in this article as an example, and the prevention project can be considered as an useful try in the treatment of large scale landslides by stages.
