小户型住宅设计的思索——以重庆市祺山洋河住宅项目设计方案为例

Thinking on the Design of Mini-house Style Housing

“国六条”的实施将导致房地产市场供应结构的变化,中小户型住宅将成为楼市主流。这种情况下,设计单位在住宅设计市场上的竞争在一定程度上就表现为对小户型设计的竞争。但是,小户型设计在景观朝向、房型布置、采光通风等方面存在一定的难度。本文结合重庆市祺山洋河住宅项目设计方案,从实现景观价值最大化和住宅标准层户型设计两个方面,讨论了我们在小户型住宅设计中的的努力和思索。

The implementation of ＂National six policies＂ will cause the change of real estate market; medium to mini-house style will become popular. Under this condition, the competition in house design market is largely the competition of mini-house style house design for the design departments. However, there exist some difficulties in mini-house design such as landscape orientation, house-style layout, lighting and ventilation. Connecting with QiShan YangHe housing project design scheme, this article discusses our efforts and thinking on the design of mini-house style housing from the two aspects as landscape value maximization and typical house-style design.
