摘要
通过对失效换热器现场调查,换热管试样的化学成分、金相组织、测厚、垢层化学成分的分布形状等分析,结合内窥镜对换热器内部形态的表面状况的检查结果及泄漏管的堵漏焊缝形态等的研究,分析了换热管减薄、炸裂、变扁、泄漏的原因及防止发生上述事故的操作要求,并进一步对结构进行了改进。
The reason of heat interchanger attenuating, booming, being staved, leaking were found through analyzing the sample' s chemical ingredient, metaUographic structure, measuring thickness, the destruction shape of chemical ingredient of the corrosion floor, inspecting the spot to the failure heat interchanger, inspecting the surface destruction of the heat interchange' s interior by endoscope, researching the leak stopping weld of the leaked pipe. Finally the operation request and the way of improving the heat interchanger' s structure to prevent the accident were put forward.
