摘要
2006年,“十一五”铁路计划工作实现良好开局。2007年,要认真贯彻中央经济工作会议及全国发展和改革工作会议精神,落实全路工作会议要求,紧紧抓住加快铁路发展的黄金机遇期,推进铁路建设项目前期工作,加快路网建设步伐,加强技改扩能提效,加大投融资改革力度,全力推进铁路装备现代化,落实铁路节能环保指标,推进和谐铁路建设,实现铁路又好又快发展。
In 2006,China Railway “11th Five-Year Plan” has seen a good start. In 2007,CR shall implement the spirits of the Central Economic Working Conference and the State Development & Reform Working Conference,observe requirements raised in Railway System Working Conference,grasp the opportunity of prime development period,promote preparatory work for railway construction projects,accelerate network construction,enhance technical upgrading,capacity expansion and efficiency improvement,deepen investment & financing reform,drive modernization of technical equipment,ensure energy-saving and environment-protection index,advance harmonious railway construction,thus realizing quality development of CR.
