乳腺癌端粒酶的表达及其与肿块大小浸润和转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解端粒酶在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与肿块大小、浸润和转移的关系,探讨端粒酶在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用原位杂交的方法,对70例乳腺癌进行分析。结果:70例乳腺癌组织端粒酶阳性表达54例,阳性率77%;肿块>3cm 23例,<3cm 47例;浸润性癌50例,非浸润性癌20例;有淋巴结转移的42例,无淋巴结转移的28例。端粒酶在乳腺癌细胞中的原位表达和肿块大小之间的差异无显著性(P>0.05),与肿瘤浸润之间的差异有显著性(P<0.01),与淋巴结转移之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:端粒酶在乳腺癌细胞的发生、发展中起到一定的作用,可以将端粒酶作为一种新的肿瘤标记,通过对细胞端粒酶的检测来协助乳腺癌的诊断。 Objective:To analyse the expression of telomerase in malignant breast lesions and the relationship to other prognostic variables such as size,infihration and metastases,so as to investigate the effect of the telomerase during the development of the carcimona in the breast.Methods:The expression of telomerase was examined by using in situ hybridization (ISH).Seventy cases of the carcinoma in the breast were analysed.Results:Fifty-four eases of eareimona were positive expression,the positive ratio was 77%.Tewenty-three eases of carcinoma in breast were bigger than 3 cm.Fourty-seven cases were smaller than 3 cmoFifty cases were infdtrating carcinoma and tewenty others were uninfdtrating.The difference between the expression of telomerase in carcinoma of the breast and the size of tumor had no significanee(P〉0.05).The difference between the expression of telomerase in carcinoma of breast and infdtration had obvisous significanee(P〈0.01).The difference between the expression of telomerase in carcinoma of breast and metastases had statistic significanee(P〈 0.05).Condusion:There is correlation among the expression of telomerases in carcinoma of breast,infiltration and metastases. The telomerase can be a new tumor marker for the breast carcinoma.
