PPARγ受体在胃肠恶性肿瘤中的研究进展
摘要
1990年Issemann等首先发现了一种能被一类脂肪酸样化合物氧化物酶体增殖剂激活的甾体激素受体,被命名为过氧化物酶体增殖蛋白激活受体(pemxisome proliferator activated receptor,PPAR)。PPARs通过与配体结合活化,再与视黄酸受体(retinoic X receptor.RXR)形成二异聚体,与目的基因上游的PPRE(pemxisome prolifemtor responsive element结合,形成受体一共调节因子-DNA或蛋白质-DNA复合体,促进目的基因的转录。
