不同方法用于保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效

The therapeutic effect of different methods used for the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨不同方法对于保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:用甲氨蝶呤肌肉注射(Ⅰ组)、口服米非司酮(Ⅱ组)、中药(Ⅲ组)以及三者联合(Ⅳ组)应用于保守治疗异位妊娠,观察其临床疗效。结果:Ⅰ组的治愈率60%,Ⅱ组的治愈率26.6%,Ⅲ组的治愈率33.3%,Ⅳ组的治愈率90%。Ⅳ组的治愈率明显高于其它3组(P<0.001)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠治愈率高,避免了手术及术后并发症,尤其适合年轻要求生育的妇女。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of different methods used for the conservative treatment of eetopie prepnaney. Methods：The patients in group Ⅰ were treated with MTX intramuscular injection,those in group Ⅱ with mifepristone peros,those in group Ⅲ with traditional Chinese medicine,and those in group Ⅳ with the foregoing three methods,thier therapeutic effects were observed.Results：The cure rate in group Ⅰ ,group Ⅱ ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was 60%,26.6%,33.33% and 90% respedtively.The cure rate in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in the other three groups （P〈0.01）.Condusion：MTX combined with mifepristone and traditional chinese medicine for the eomservative treatment of eetopie pregnancy has high cure care,which can avoid the intraoperatve and postoperative complications,especially for those young woman having pregnant request.
