摘要
建立了中型电机包装箱吊装过程的力学模型,分析各构件的剪力、轴力和弯矩,按照木结构的强度要求校核包装箱的强度。运用ANSYS软件对包装箱框架结构进行有限元分析,得到了框架结构的承载应力大小及其分布状况,并对框架结构进行优化分析,为中型电机包装箱设计和吊装安全的研究提供了依据。
The mechanics model in hoisting of medium electrical machinery packaging case was established. The shearing force, axle strength, and bending moment of every component were analyzed. The strength of packaging cases was examined according to the wood structure strength requirements. The finite element analysis to the packaging case frame structure was carried with ANSYS software. The stress and the distribution condition of frame structure were obtained, and the optimized analysis was carried. The purpose was to provide a basis to the design and hoisting security research of the medium electrical machinery packaging case.
