摘要
介绍了基于DSP和专用芯片的两相混合式步进电机细分控制电路,通过软件编程实现了恒转矩多级均匀细分,并对整个系统进行了实验研究。步进电动机进行多级细分控制时,根据转速变化选取不同的细分数,以无细分时的平衡位置作为不同细分级别控制之间的转换点,可实现任意两种细分级别控制之间的顺利转换。
A microstep control system of the 2-phase hybrid stepping motor based on DSP and special motor control chip was represented in this paper, the constant torque and multi-level uniform microstep was implemented by software programming, the experimental study was demonstrated on the system. The research on multi-level microstep control indicats that the operation states between two random microstep levels can be changed smoothly by choosing the original balance position for fuU-step as shifting point.
