研究和开发集装箱远程监控系统,有利于建立我国自己的并与经济全球化相适应的物流信息系统。风险评估和决策报警系统是这个集装箱远程监控系统中的一个核心的模块。论述了实现这个模块的技术要求和技术方法。
The research and development of a remote monitoring system for containers is of benefit to establishing a material supply chain information system which is suitable for beth our own market and also global market. One of the key components in this system is risk assessment and decision making module. This paper presented the major requirements and possible solutions for designing this module.
