网络考试的广泛应用，考生的作弊手段越来越多样化，本文就讨论以视频图像为基础设计一种监考系统，系统不仅可以考试时可以见监控每个考生的考试情况，记录考生在考试中进行的有关作弊嫌疑的情况及次数，并且能保存图像。供考试中心以后的检查。更大程度上减少考生作弊的情况发生，起到很好的防范及调查的作用。

on-line testing system is being widly used today, so it is with the cheating methods of its candidates. This paper designs a video image based test monitoring system, which can not noly monitor each candidate during examination, but also take record of the cheating situa- tion and store relating images in case of later check of test center. This system can more effectivly reduce the occurrence of cheating, and plays a good role in the prevention and investigation.
