学校计算机机房管理工作可概括为“繁”、“杂”、“难”、“累”，如何管理好实验室的设备和实验环境，是一个十分重要而又棘手的问题。此文主要从本人四年来从事计算机机房维护管理工作的体验来谈谈怎样做好实验环境安装和维护，希望能对与我从事同样工作的人有所帮助。

The management job of the computer lab at school is miscellaneous,difficult,tired. But it is very important and intractability that how to manage well the equipment and experiment environment of the computer lab. In this paper, I will give a detailed introduction that how to install and manage the experiment environment according to four years work experience of myself. I hope this paper can give some person as me helps.
