摘要
通过对不同人力资本定义的分析,界定了人力资本的内涵。基于人力资本的定义,对目前人力资本存量计量的主要方法进行评价。在对人力资本存量计量进行理论分析的基础上,以新的方法建立了宏观人力资本存量计量模型,并指出了当前人力资本存量计量方法存在的弊端。
Based on the analysis of the different definitions of human capital, this paper gives a definition to human capital. According to the definition, the current main approaches of human capital stock measurement are evaluated. In this paper we discuss human capital stock measurement theoretically, and then with a new method, a model of macro human capital stock measurement is built. This paper point out the mistakes of the current methods, so it has an important academic significance.
