千呼万唤始出来，犹抱琵琶半遮面。2006年12月30日，我国第一支契约型产业投资基金渤海产业投资基金在天津成立。而来自创新类券商方面的消息称，证监会要求他们在12月月底之前上报直接股权投资的方案。岁末年初．产业投资基金开闸的冲动显得异常强烈。

On the establishment ceremony of Rehai Industry Investment Fund and its management company,Xu Lin,the Financial Secretrary of the National Development and Reform Commission,said:“This is the first time in my life,and I hope it is the last time,”which implied that according to the relevant provisinns of the state,setting up private equity funds wouldn't need the approval of relevant departments in future. This means that the“Industry Investment Fund(pilot) Management”which had discussed for a long time could be forthcoming.Industrial Investment Fund will be set up following the law.
