摘要
94─95年养殖对虾病毒病爆发流行期间,对患病中国对虾肝胰腺上皮细胞和胃肌细胞进行了电镜检测,发现一种核包涵体型杆状病毒(140-160nm×280-330nm),对其装配机质的超微结构研究结果表明,核包涵体型杆状病毒以核内装配为主,部分病毒基质转入胞质进行装配。装配过程可分为五个时期:1.潜伏期;2.包涵体分化期;3.病毒发生基质形成期;4.装配期;5.侵染期。
Electron microscope observed the altrastructure of hepatopancreas epithelia cell and musculus stomach cell of Penaeus chinensis infected epidemic disease in 1994-1995, and found out the assembly stroma of a kind of occluded-baculoirus (140- 160×280 - 330nm). The result shows tbat the assembly of occluded-baculoi rus can be finished in nucleaus and cytoplasm, and can be divided into five stages:1. Incubation period, 2. Inclusion body differentiation period, 3. Formation period of virogenic stroma, 4. Baculovirus assembly, and 5. Infestation period. Sarcoplas mic reliculum has taken part greatly in this process.
