原发性肝癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞的分离培养及抗瘤活性研究

A STUDY ON THE PREPARATION AND TUMORO CIDAL ABILITY OF TUMOR INFILTRATING LYM PHOCYTES IN PRIMARY LIVER CANCER

为了解原发性肝癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ细胞）治疗肝癌的临床价值及应用前景，采用Ｒｏｓｅｎｂｅｒｇ法，对ＴＩＬ细胞的分离、培养及抗瘤活性进行了研究。结果８例肝癌病人的ＴＩＬ细胞分离、培养均获得成功，并在培养３～５周后扩增到临床治疗肝癌所需的ＴＩＬ细胞数量。抗瘤活性测定表明ＴＩＬ细胞对肝癌细胞有一定的杀伤力。显示了ＴＩＬ细胞治疗肝癌有一定的临床价值和应用前景。

Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) were prepared and their tumorocidal ability tested by Rosenberg method to evaluate the effect of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in the treatment of primary liver cancer.The results showed that the isolation and culture of TIL were successful in 8 patients,and after culturing 3￣5 weeks,the amount of TIL obtained was enough for the treatment of primary liver cancer.Tumorocidal ability assay showed that TIL had a stong killing effect on the cells of primary liver cancer.Our results suggested that TIL had some clinical value in the treatment of primary liver cancer.
