EB病毒原位杂交的表达与鼻咽癌组织学类型的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HISTOLOGICAL TYPE OF NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA AND THE EXPRESSION OF EPSTEIN BARR VIRUS BY IN SITU HYBRIDIZATION

为探讨ＥＢ病毒原位杂交的表达与鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）各组织学类型的关系，用ＥＢ病毒原位杂交方法对ＮＰＣ６９例、ＮＰＣ淋巴结转移１１例、非ＮＰＣ淋巴结转移性鳞状细胞癌１０例进行研究。结果：角化型鳞状细胞癌１２例全部阴性，非角化型鳞状细胞癌５４例全部阳性，腺癌３例阴性；ＮＰＣ淋巴结转移１１例全部阳性，非ＮＰＣ淋巴结转移癌１０例中９例阴性，１例阳性；癌旁粘膜上皮及间质淋巴细胞阴性。提示ＥＢ病毒原位杂交表达与ＮＰＣ的组织学类型关系密切，角化型为阴性表达，非角化型为阳性表达。

In order to find the relationship between the histological type of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and the expression of Epstein Barr virus(EBV) by in situ hybridization,69 cases of NPC,11 cases of NPC lymph node (LN) metastasis and 10 cases of non NPC squamous cell carcinoma LN metastasis were studied to reveal the relationship between the histololgical type of NPC and the expression of EBV by in situ hybridization.Results:12 cases of keratinizing squamous NPC were all negative,while 54 cases of non keratinizing squamous NPC were all positive;3 cases of NP adenocarcinoma were negative;11 cases of NPC LN metastasis were all positive,while among the 10 cases of non NPC LN metastasis 9 were negative and one positive;the mucosal epithelia adjacent to the carcinoma foci and the infiltrating lymphocytes in the stroma were negative.The results suggested that the expression of EBV was closely correlated to the histological type of NPC:keratinizing NPC was negative,while non keratinizing NPC was positive.
