早期妊娠妇女胃电活动的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF THE ELECTROGASTRO GRAMS IN EARLY PREGNANT WOMEN

比较２２名早孕妇女和２０名非妊娠健康妇女的体表胃电图，结果发现早孕妇女胃电活动有较多类型的异常如胃动过缓、节律紊乱、餐后频率减退、振幅增加不明显等。这些异常的胃电活动可能与早孕之恶心呕吐有关。

The surface electrogastrograms of 22 early pregnant women and 20 non pregnant women were compared.The results showed that the electrogastric activities were normal in the non pregnant women,but in the early pragnant women,there were some changes in the patterns of the electrogastrograms,such as bradygastria,rhythmical disorder and a decline in the frequency and amplitude in the postprandial state.These abnormal electrogastric activities might be related to the nausea and vomitting during early pregnancy.
