摘要
培训是企业降低人工成本、保证人力资本保值增值、促进企业持续发展的不竭之源。企业如何整合有限资源,改善培训绩效是人们一直关注的热点。文中介绍了PDCA循环的基本原理、特点和工作步骤,论述了PDCA循环对提升企业培训管理工作的现实意义及作用,归纳总结了PDCA循环在企业培训管理中的实际运用价值,提出了PDCA循环在企业培训运用管理中的要求,希望它能对企业的培训管理工作有参考价值。
Training on the management of enterprises is an inexhaustible resource for lowering manpower costs, ensuring personnel capital and its appreciation and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprises. How to integrate the limited resources and improve the performance of personnel training has always been the focus of enterprises. This paper introduces the basic principles, charaeteristies and working procedures of PDCA (plan, do, check and action) cycle, and discusses its practical significance and role in personnel training in enterprises.
