摘要
透过对两性间亲密关系下的性暴力的本质解读,使读者正确认识和了解“亲密暴力”、“熟人强奸”等犯罪问题,并在此基础上,对西方国家针对此类问题的一些有效预防措施和相关政策作简要介绍,为我国的立法机关、司法机关和执法机关,特别是广大的妇女们提供借鉴意见,从而实现真正意义上的强奸预防以及公民安全。
This paper intends to interpret the essence of sex violence occurring in intimate relationships so that the readers are better aware of ＂intimacy violence＂ and ＂acquaintance rape＂. It presents a brief introduction of the precautions and policies in dealing with such crimes in the western countries as reference for the broad masses of women as well as legislation bodies, judicial departments and lawenforcing agencies in China.
