服务型政府绩效评估标准定位的探讨

在分析服务型政府内涵的基础上,对服务型政府绩效评估标准的定位问题进行了探讨。认为服务型政府绩效评估应坚持以下标准:以政府职能准确定位为基础,以满足民众需求为价值取向,坚持科学发展观和以人为本,以民众和第三方评估为原则。

Based on an analysis of the connotation of ＂service - oriented government＂, this paper discusses the location of the assessment standards of performance of service - oriented government. It is advocated that performance assessment should be based on an accurate location of government functions and orientated according to the demands of the people and that the scientific outlook of development and the principle of ＂people first＂ should be adhered to.
