略论政党合法性视野下党必须树立的三个基本执政观

ON CCP'S THREE FUNDAMENTAL RULING IDEAS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE LEGITIMACY OF THE POLITICAL PARTY

中国共产党的政治合法性的取得并非轻而易举,而且其保持也决非一劳永逸。因此,我们党要始终保持其合法性,就必须胸怀忧患意识,牢固树立三个基本执政观:大力发展社会主义先进文化,确立正确的社会价值导向;坚持“以人为本”的执政理念,争取最广泛的合法性资源;实现执政方式的法制化,为维护执政合法性取得强有力的法律支撑。

It is not easy for CCP to obtain its legitimacy and maintain it. Therefore, in order to maintain its legitimacy as the ruling party, the Communist Party should keep an awareness of unexpected development and develop three major ruling ideas, i.e. vigorously develop the advanced socialist culture so as to establish a correct value orientation, insist on the governing idea of ＂people first＂ so as to harvest most comprehensive resources for its legitimacy and realize the legalization in its governing modes so as to gain the support of the law.
