新时期工业工程领域工程硕士培养模式探索与实践

EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ENGINEERING MASTERS IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRAIL ENGINEERING IN THE NEW ERA

在分析工业工程专业特点的基础上,针对工业工程专业工程硕士的特点,提出了新时期对工业工程领域工程硕士研究生培养质量的要求和挑战。结合重庆大学在该方面的人才培养经验,探索在新时期适合工业工程领域工程硕士的人才培养模式。

Based on an analysis of the c]aaracteristics of the industrial engineering specialty and taking into consideration the characteristic features of the engineering masters of this specialty, this paper proposes a the requirements for the training of these maters and outlines the challenges confronted by this work. Adopting the experience of Chongqing University in this aspect, the authors discuss the training modes for the engineering masters in the field of industrial engineering in the new era.
