在分析了系统的工艺要求和作业流程基础上,设计了基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的滚切式双边剪控制系统。同时,介绍了系统的整体结构、硬件配置和控制实现方法。
Based on the analysis of the technical demanding and working process of this system, the pinch roller control system of double-side shear based on PROFIBUS-DP was developed. Also, the overall architecture, hardware configuration and control realization method are explained.
