The 6th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China 2006) closed on November 5, 2006 after a successful week show. The 6-day Airshow China 2006, beginning from October 31, attracted over 550 aerospace and aviation companies from 33 countries and regions.

The 6-day Airshow China 2006, beginning from October 31, attracted over 550 aerospace and aviation companies from 33 countries and regions. Hundreds of thousands of visitors attended the Airshow and orders worth billions of US dollars have been announced. As one of the organizers, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation （CASC） highlighted broad range of products, and signed agreements and letters of intent valued at RMB2 billion （US $253 million） at Airshow China 2006.
