多发性肌炎的临床特点(附病例报告)

摘要 多发性肌炎是免疫炎性肌病,发病机制尚不十分明确。该文通过分析比较4个多发性肌炎典型病例的临床表现、诊断及治疗过程,并侧重分析它们的临床病理特征,进而对多发性肌炎的临床特点进行综合阐述。
