特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者B细胞CD40的表达及临床意义

Significance of B Cell and Its CD40 in Patients with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者B细胞水平及其表面CD40表达水平的变化。方法利用流式细胞术(FCM)检测患者外周血中B细胞水平及其表面CD40表达水平的变化。结果ITP组B细胞及其表面CD40表达水平显著高于正常对照组,两者之间无相关性。结论B细胞及其表而CD40表达水平的变化能在一定程度上反映ITP的病理机制,为ITP的诊断提供一定的帮助。

Objective To explore the level of B cell and its CD40 in the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）. Methods B cell and its CD40 were measured by using flowcytometry（FCM）.Result The levels of B cell and its CD40 were higher in ITP（P〈0.05）;and there is no correlation between B cell and CD40. Conclusion The change of B cell and its CD40 can reflected the pathogenesis of ITP.It may improve the diagnose in ITP.
