摘要
通过对聚合物溶液特性进行研究,利用幂律模式绘制了幂律指数与稠度系数随聚合物浓度、温度变化的关系图版。以非牛顿流体流变学和采油工程理论为基础,从幂律流体的运动方程出发,结合连续性方程和状态方程,推导了幂律流体在多孔介质中稳定渗流的油井流入动态方程,并对其进行动态拟和得到了便于现场应用的聚合物驱油井流入动态模型。该模型的计算值与实测值吻合较好,预测油井产能是可靠的。
Research for the characteristics of polymer liquid is conducted through experiments.Chart board drawn by power-law model shows the relationship between power-law index and consistency coefficient vary with polymer concentration,temperature.According to non-Newtonian fluid rheology and petroleum engineering theory and using the motion equation of power-law fluid,continuity equation and state-equation,we can derive the dynamic equation of power-law fluid stabilized flow in the porous medium.Finally,we get the dynamic model of polymer flooding.Its calculation value and surveying value are identical,which is reliable to predict the oil production.
