摘要 采用高分子网络凝胶法直接制备YAG纳米粉体,XRD结果表明,所得粉体具纯的YAG相,平均粒径在30 nm。通过热压烧结得到了致密YAG/Al2O3烧结体,所得的致密体材料为晶内型和晶间型混合分布,其抗弯强度达498.56 MPa,比单相Al2O3陶瓷有大幅度提高。 Nano YAG powders were prepared by polymer net gel in this paper. The XRD results showed that the powders were of single YAG phase with average grain size of 30 nm. The sintered bodies were obtained by hot-pressing, and addition of YAG influenced little on sintering temperature. Through TEM observation, it could be seen that some YAG particles were distributed in the grain of Al2O3, while some YAG particles were distributed in the bondage between Al2O3 and Al2O3. The bending strength of YAG/Al2O3 ceramic composites was 498.56 MPa, which is much higher than single phase Al2O3.
