传输线结构的一维Metamaterials的禁带性质

摘要 主要讨论一维Metamaterials的禁带性质。对传输线结构的一维Metamaterials进行了电路仿真。保持加载电感不变时,调节加载电容;反过来,保持加载电容不变,调节加载电感的参数。得到一系列仿真曲线,基于微波网络理论,分析了禁带的变化规律。加载电容偏离匹配点电容越大,禁带越宽,同时也越深;同样的,加载电感偏离匹配电感越大,禁带就越宽,同时禁带也越深。 The bandgap property of one dimension periodic structure is discussed in this paper. The scatter parameters simulating operation was carried out using ADS (Advanced Designed System). In condition Of keeping the magnitude of loaded inductance constant, the loaded capacitances were tuned. In contrast, keeping the loaded capacitance constant the loaded inductances were tuned. The width and depth of the bandgap were analyzed based on the simulating results. The conclusion is that the ratio of loaded capacitance and the matched capacitance directly influences the width and depth of the bandgap. Similarly, the ratio of loaded inductance and the matched capacitance also directly influences the width and depth of the bandgap.
