摘要
利用MAFIA静态磁场仿真模块对微波炉磁控管磁路进行仿真分析,并通过对比实测结果改进模型,主要分析缩短极靴后的磁场变化,然后制作了样管,测试并比较性能参数,在保证输出功率和效率的前提下,达到节约成本的目的。
The model of the magnetic circuit in the magnetron is precisely created by the Magnetrostatic module of the MAFIA program, and the magnetic field in the real model is also measured to make sure that the results of the simulation can be credible. So that the magnetic field of the short poles model can be analyzed, and then the samples can be produced and measured. The results show that the performance can be kept under lower cost.
