摘要
采用溶液聚合法合成降凝剂,研究了单体配比、引发剂用量、聚合温度和聚合时间对聚合物助滤效果的影响。通过红外光谱实验对化合物的分子结构进行了表征,结果表明合成的分子结构和设计目标分子结构相符。此降凝剂对沈阳石蜡化工有限公司0#柴油的冷滤点降低6℃,对其它柴油也有一定的助滤效果。
The PSSM pour-point depressor was synthesized through solution polymerization. The effects of the monomer ratio, the initiator dosage, the temperature and period of the polymerization process on the pour-point depression of PSSM were studied. The molecular structures of the product have been characterized by means of infrared spectrum(IR), the validity of the molecular structure was proved to match with the designing target molecular. The depressant was applied for the 0# diesel fuels of ShenYang Paraffin Wax Chemical CO. , LTD, the CFPP(Cold Filter Plugging Point)of the 0# diesel fuels was lowered by 6 ℃. PSSM depressant can also lower the CFPP for other diesel fuels.
