硝酸甘油在急性水肿性胰腺炎治疗中的作用及可能机制的探讨

Study of the nitroglycerin's effect and mechanism in acute edematous pancreatitis

目的:探讨硝酸甘油应用于急性水肿性胰腺炎治疗的可行性和可能的作用机制。方法:对急性水肿性胰腺炎院患者57例,合并胆囊结石病者14例,随机分为治疗组29例和对照组28例;对照组常规治疗,治疗组加用硝酸甘油治疗。结果:对照组和治疗组腹痛缓解、消失的时间和分别为(24.8±5.6)h和(36.0±10.7)h、(51.2±10.6)h和(61.2±15.1)h,各指标比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05);血淀粉酶恢复正常的时间(70.2±15.6)h和(76.2±18.1)h,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油可能具有改善胰腺微循环的作用,有应用于胰腺炎治疗的前景。

Objective：To study the nitroglycerin＇s effect and mechanism in acute edematous pancreatitis.Methods：General therapy with nitroglycerin or not was conducted in acute pancreatitis ,the serum amylase and bellyache were oberserved.Results：The time of the bellyache-catabatic and bellyachedisappear were （24.8±5.6） h and（36.0±10.7） h, （51.2±10.6） h and （61.2±15.1） h,the index statistics P〈0.05;But the serum amylasein the course of nature was （70.2± 15.6） h and （76.2±18.1） h,P〉0,05.Conclusion：Nitroglycerin may be apllied to therapy acute edematous pancreatitis,but the mechanism of it was obscure.
