摘要
目的旨在研究环糊精衍生物(CDs)与吡罗昔康(PX)的包合作用。方法采用荧光光谱法研究了PX与β-环糊精(β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、磺丁醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)的包合特性。结果当CDs存在时,PX最大荧光发射波长的变化及荧光强度的增强预示着包合物的形成,并通过荧光光谱法测定CDs与PX的包合常数。结论由包合常数表明:β-CD对PX的包合能力最强。除了β-CD与PX是以2∶1的比例形成包合物外,其余两种包合物都是以1∶1的比例包合。
Objective To study the inclusion interaction of piroxicam (PX) with cyclodextrin derivatives (CDs). Methods The inclusion behaviors of piroxicam with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD),hydroxyproyl-β- cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD)and sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin (SBE-β-CD) were investigated using steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy. Results Remarkable fluorescence emission enhancement upon addition of PX and changes in its emission wavelengths in the presence of CDs suggested the formation of complex, and the formation constants of PX-CDs were determined by fluorescence spectrum method. Conclusion The formation constants showed the strongest inclusion capacity in β-CD. By stoichiometry, the inclusion ratio was 1:1 in the two PX-CDs other than PX-β-CD where a 1:2 ratio was found.
