摘要
用POM有机晶体作倍频器件,建立了超短光脉冲强度自相关检测系统,并用于半导体超短光脉冲的脉宽测量,灵敏度比以LiIO3为培频晶体的系统提高6dB.
Abstract Using POM crystal as frequency-doubler, an autocorrelation detection system for ultrashort optical pulses is built. The ultrashort optical pulses generated from Gain-Switched semiconductor lasers are measured with the system. The sensitivity of the detection system is higher than that system using LiIO3 crystal as frequency--doubler by 6dB.
